Unser Kunde ist weltweit f\u00fchrender Hersteller von Ger\u00e4ten und Anlagen zur Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung mit Pulver und Nasslacken sowie Farben und anderen fl\u00fcssigen Materialen. Er setzt bei der Pulver- sowie Nasslackbeschichtung, ein Filtration Group \u2013 Entstaubungsger\u00e4t SFK-09 009 016 x 16 S1S SL 80 KA in rechteckiger Bauform ein. Die Beschichtungsanlage besteht aus einer Oberfl\u00e4chenvorbehandlung, einer elektronischen Beschichtungszone sowie einem Zwischen- und einem Haupttrockner.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:36% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"273\" height=\"249\" src=\"https:\/\/industrial.filtrationgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Bild3_4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1331\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Herausforderung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die zu beschichteten Teile werden w\u00e4hrend des Bearbeitungsprozesses durch ein F\u00f6rdersystem transportiert. Typische Untergr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr die Pulverlackierung sind Stahl, verzinkter Stahl und Aluminium. Die Pulverlackpartikel werden zun\u00e4chst fluidisiert. Das verwendete Filtermaterial Ti15 erreicht im Feinstaubbereich eine hohe Abscheideleistung. Die sogenannten \u201eSchubladen\u201c werden als Staubsammelbeh\u00e4lter verwendet, um Bauh\u00f6he zu sparen (M\u00f6glichkeit einer Erh\u00f6hung des Reingasraumes). Die Schallhauben wurden zur separaten Aufstellung neben dem Ger\u00e4t neu entworfen.
