Diese gro\u00dfen, rotierenden Maschinenteile werden vor Inbetriebnahme auf Herz und Nieren gepr\u00fcft und m\u00fcssen verschiedene Testst\u00e4nde durchlaufen. Auf der unternehmenseigenen Anlage werden die rotierenden Teile ausgewuchtet. Ein niedriges Schwingungsverhalten ist die Basis f\u00fcr eine lange Lebensdauer der rotierenden Maschinen und den zuverl\u00e4ssigen Betrieb des Kraftwerks.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:36% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"273\" height=\"249\" src=\"https:\/\/industrial.filtrationgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Kraftwerk6.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1357\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Herausforderung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim Auswuchtvorgang wird das \u00fcblicherweise verwendete Turbinen\u00f6l als Schmierstoff verwendet. Ist die Anlage im Betrieb entsteht an einigen Stellen der Lagerung eine Leckage. Diese Leckage ist verschmutzt sowie mit Wasser kontaminiert. In einem Sammeltank wurden bis zu 2.000 Liter \u201eAlt\u00f6l\u201c gesammelt und dann entsorgt. Dieser Vorgang findet bis zu 10-mal im Jahr statt. Um hier eine kostenoptimale Situation zu erreichen, sollte das \u00d6l aufbereitet und wiederverwendet werden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide\" style=\"grid-template-columns:36% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"273\" height=\"249\" src=\"https:\/\/industrial.filtrationgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Kraftwerk7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1359\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>L\u00f6sungsansatz&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus dem Standort Hamburg wurde eine OTS 16 ausgew\u00e4hlt, die eine Reduzierung des Wassergehaltes mittels Koaleszertechnik garantiert. Um die aufkommende hohe Verschmutzung und den gew\u00fcnschten Reinheitswerten gerecht zu werden, ist ein Hydraulikfilter aus dem Standort \u00d6hringen miteingeplant worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der verwendete Pi150 ist mit einem Premium Select Element ausgestattet das eine 10\u03bcm Absolut-Filtration garantiert. Schon beim ersten Aufbereiten des anfallenden \u201eAlt\u00f6ls\u201c sind beste Messergebnisse aus dem Labor berichtet worden. Auch die Umweltabteilung hat sich positiv ge\u00e4u\u00dfert! Da nun auch die \u00d6lentsorgungskosten stark reduziert werden konnte und es im Allgemeinen eine gute Resonanz auf diesen Umbau gab, wurde sogar eine Verbesserungspr\u00e4mie ausgelobt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:36% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"273\" height=\"249\" src=\"https:\/\/industrial.filtrationgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/menschen_klein.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1211\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Kundennutzen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit der Installation des Filtration Group OTS 16 Systems ergaben sich f\u00fcr den Kunden diverse nachhaltige Kundenvorteile, wie die Reduktion der zeitlichen- und finanziellen Belastung durch Alt\u00f6lentsorgung und eine weitere Kostenersparnis durch Mehrfachverwendung des Schmier\u00f6ls.
