Die Einzelteile werden auf verschiedenen Bearbeitungszentren (BAZ) hergestellt. Bei den Fr\u00e4smaschinen wird haupts\u00e4chlich \u00d6l als Schmier- und K\u00fchlmittel f\u00fcr die Werkzeuge verwendet. Bei den hohen Drehzahlen wird dieses \u00d6l vernebelt und es entsteht ein Aerosolnebel im Bearbeitungsraum. Es gilt die Bediener der Maschinen vor Einatmung dieser gesundheitssch\u00e4dlichen Aerosole zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:36% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"273\" height=\"249\" src=\"https:\/\/industrial.filtrationgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/lga.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1444\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Herausforderung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An den Bearbeitungszentren des Unternehmens sind serienm\u00e4\u00dfig elektrostatische Absaugsysteme aufgebaut. Diese saugten zwar die Luft und Aerosole aus dem Bearbeitungsraum ab, jedoch war das Ergebnis nicht zufriedenstellend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Probleme sind, dass \u00d6ltr\u00f6pfchen sich in der Halle auf den Maschinen niederschlugen, Bedienpersonal und andere Mitarbeiter die sch\u00e4dlichen Aerosole einatmeten und die Wartungsintervalle an den Filtersystemen sehr kurz sind (ca. 4x pro Jahr).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu den Zielen geh\u00f6ren, den Abscheidegrad zu erh\u00f6hen und den Rest\u00f6lgehalt zu reduzieren. Die Grenzwerte der TA-Luft muss eingehalten werden. Am Ende steht dem Kunden eine verl\u00e4ssliche Komplettl\u00f6sung mit geringem Wartungsaufwand zum verl\u00e4sslichen Schutz der Mitarbeiter zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:36% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"273\" height=\"249\" src=\"https:\/\/industrial.filtrationgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Diagramm.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1446\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>L\u00f6sungsansatz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Filtration Group Industrial LGA-Aerosolabschneider wurden auf mehreren BAZ von den Filtration Group Servicetechnikern installiert, verrohrt, steuerungstechnisch integriert und in Betrieb genommen. Ergebnisse sind eine sichere Abscheidung und R\u00fcckgewinnung der feinen \u00d6ltr\u00f6pfchen \u00fcber ein nahezu wartungsfreies Coalescer-Prinzip, Schutz f\u00fcr Mensch und Maschine durch Einhaltung aller Grenzwerte der TA-Luft und die signifikante Verbesserung des Abscheidungsgrades.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:36% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"273\" height=\"249\" src=\"https:\/\/industrial.filtrationgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Customervalue.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1440\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>Kundennutzen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu den zentralen Vorteilen z\u00e4hlen die Verl\u00e4ngerung des Wartungsintervalls von 3 auf 12 Monate, die Reduzierung des Maschinenstillstands auf ein Minimum und die R\u00fcckgewinnung des abgeschiedenen \u00d6les.
