Last week, our international product training took place at the Filtration Group in Öhringen. 25 participants, who are part of our customer base, received more than 3 days of in-depth training into the world of filtration.
In addition to theoretical basics of filtration, the structure and function of the FG filtration systems in the fields of fluid, process and air filtration were taught. The participants got to know the application of our products in typical fields of application.
On the first day, our Vice President Sales, welcomed the participants and introduced the Filtration Group. This was followed by the presentation of our product segment automatic and process filtration. The production tour was a varied program before the lunch break to see the theoretical presentation contents of the morning in practice. The participants had the opportunity to choose from two modules in the afternoon. These included the “Sales Workshop Automatic Filters” and the “Advanced Training Automatic Filters”.
The day ended with a delightful evening program with a cooking workshop. There was not only eaten together, but cooked together in advance.
The second day was dedicated to “Hydraulic Filters”. Besides the informative presentations of our internal speakers, our lab tour took place. Our laboratory staff took one hour to show the participants important test procedures to ensure the high quality of our filters.
Despite a cloudy sky, the participants did not miss the wagon ride in the evening. Since the grape harvest is currently taking place in our region, all participants had the opportunity to see a harvesting machine in action.
The last day dealt with the air filtration. In addition to our basic program, it was also possible to choose from different modules throughout the day. Our trainings can therefore be perfectly adapted to the needs of the customer. Participants with different expertise exchange ideas and expand their knowledge in cooperation with us as Filtration Group.
