Online Product Training

8 days, 13 speakers and 250 attendees from all over the world

Eight days packed with information about the FGI product segments. Exciting two weeks lie behind us. The first four days of our Online-Product Training where targeted at our German speaking customers and partners of the DACH region. After that, the presentations of the next four days were held in English. We had international participants from all over the world, e.g. Denmark, Finland, Poland, India and South Korea. 

Each day was dedicated to one product segment. We started on Mondays with Automatic Filtration, followed on Tuesdays with Hydraulic Filtration. Wednesdays were all about Industrial Air. On Thursdays we introduced Separation and our FG Service to the participants. The talk about separation of oil and water in the marine industry was especially interesting as we switched live to our colleagues in Hamburg who then took over the presentation.

We divided every day into sessions of 30 to 60 minutes. After each session participants had the chance to ask question in the chat. Having breaks between sessions was also very important to keep up a high level of attention during the talks.

The overall feedback was very positive. People liked the mix of theory and practical examples.
We are all looking forward to the next training in September!
