This applies to our hydraulic filters, the air pollution control sector, but also to automatic filters. Our employees’ ideas and inventions form the basis for this. You will find these in German, European and even worldwide patent specifications.

You’ve already asked yourself why automatic filters from Filtration Group are superior to their competitors, which have the highest cleaning efficiency? Or why the backflush filters of the Vario series manage with extremely small backwash quantities?
THE ANSWER IS QUITE SIMPLE!
With the FG Backwash Filters, the cleaning channels, the design of the nozzle geometry and the manufacturing method used are optimally matched and patented. The interaction of cleaning distributor, segmented element and cleaning channel are the basis of this success. For the most part, the components are manufactured from the high-quality plastic PPS. In addition to liquid backflushing media, gaseous cleaning media can also be used to further reduce the backflushing volume.
In the area of the large automatic filter series AF 119/179, for example, the supply of the cleaning pressure via the clean side as well as the conversion to external flushing is protected by a patent. The modular design of two or more identical elements allows the use of many common parts and the flexible cleaning of one or more elements at the same time or with a time delay.
