The interaction of heat and lubricants during grinding, milling or turning creates a fine oil mist, which collects on the machine surfaces and on the mucous membranes of workers. Filtration Group eliminates this risk for humans and equipment alike with high-powered separators which separate the oil mist at its point of origination using coalescer elements.

Wherever planing work is being done, there are going to be shavings. The same is true in the construction and use of machine tools, even where the tasks are more often milling and grinding. In those cases not only are metal or plastic shavings generated, but great quantities of dust. During the production process particles from air and materials collect in the hydraulic oil, with process and cooling water mixed in. All impurities are cleanly separated in the filters from Filtration Group, and water droplets are collected on the coalescer elements sink out of the separators. All that is left is oil with a minuscule portion of water.
