A technically correct as well as economical filter design is a complex task that requires experienced specialists due to the variety of information, data, facts and system parameters to be considered. In our dedusting plants we combine all our experience. The interaction of FGI filter elements, specially developed cleaning units and optimally designed housings results in our compact dedusting plants in rectangular and round design. Our standard program starts with the small top filter for 30 m³/h and goes up to the large central exhaust system for up to approx. 18.000 m³/h. Larger volume flows can also be filtered by stringing together several filter units.
In order to fully meet every individual requirement for cleaning performance, we offer both high-quality pleated standard filter elements in conical and cylindrical designs as well as optimally matched, customized filters for demanding industrial applications.
Filtration Group Industrial offers next generation service with SmartRun 4.0 System. SmartRun 4.0 is an upgrade for existing or new dust collection systems. SmartRun 4.0 permanently records the operating parameters of your dust collection system and makes them available in real time. The measured values are continuously recorded and stored directly in a cloud via a mobile phone connection. The data can be accessed via web browser from any Internet-capable PC. A mobile app for smartphones is also available. This allows easy access to all data.
The addition of a filter aid may be necessary to optimize dedusting processes. The filter aid is blown into the raw gas via an injector dosing system and forms a filter aid layer on the filter elements. This improves the cleaning and filtration behaviour of sticky or very fine dusts.
In our own research and development laboratory we create the basis for groundbreaking innovations. With modern application technology we carry out basic tests, volume flow measurements, sample examinations, particle size analyses as well as pressure and leakage tests. In order to test under the toughest everyday conditions, we also start, for example, practical principle tests with test filters at our customers’ premises.
